The text named on the department syllabus, Advanced Linear Algebra by Steven Roman, is treated here as an optional reference only: a borrowed or library copy is enough, purchase is never required for anything on this site, no part of it is reproduced or adapted here, and the notes give the optional chapter alignment in words rather than depending on it.
